From Baltimore / Points North:

From I-695, the Baltimore Beltway, exit left onto I-97/Rt. 3. Follow Rt. 3/I-97 South until it diverges into two roads: I-97 (to Annapolis) and Rt. 3 (to Richmond). Bear left onto I-97S and continue to the intersection with Rt. 50. Exit right onto Rt. 50W (to Washington), continue West for approx. 1 mile, and exit right at Rt. 424 (Davidsonville). Turn left at the stop sign, and continue South on Rt. 424 (passing through the traffic light at Rt. 214 (Central Ave.) until the road ends at Rt. 2. Turn right onto Rt. 2S, and follow this to the rotary (traffic circle) in Lothian. Continue on Rt. 2S to Sunderland, where it intersects with Rt. 4. Continue South on combined Rts. 2 / 4 to Solomons. Once in Solomons, stay in the right-hand lane to go under the Gov. Thomas Johnson Bridge. Turn left at the first stop sign, and go right at the yield sign onto Rt. 2S, and then follow directions to CBL (below).

From Washington, DC / Points West:

Take any of several possible routes out of the city into the Maryland suburbs (New York Avenue / Rt. 50; Conn. Ave.; S. Capitol St. / Suitland Parkway) until you reach the Capitol Beltway (I-495). Follow 495 (East or West depending on where you entered) to the Route 4 South (Pennsylvania Avenue) exit. Continue on Route 4 South, traveling through the towns of Upper Marlboro (the Prince Georges County Seat), Dunkirk, and Sunderland (where Route 4 merges with Route 2).

From Cambridge / Eastern Shore:

After crossing the Gov. William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial (Toll) Bridge (aka the "Bay Bridge"), remain on Route 50W through the numerous Annapolis exits, and exit right at Rt.

From Richmond / Points South:

Take I-95N to the Rt. 207 exit. Exit right, and follow Route 207 East to its merger with Rt. 301. Continue on Route 301 North through the Fort A.P. Hill Military Reservation, across the Rappahannock River, and onto the Potomac. Cross the Potomac River on the Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial (Toll) Bridge (aka the "Potomac River Bridge"), and continue on Route 301 North until it intersects with Rt. 234S (watch for signs to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park). Continue on Rt. 234S until it ends by merging with Rt. 5 South just north of the St. Mary's County Seat in Leonardtown. Once on Rt. 5, continue south through the outskirts of Leonardtown, and then turn left onto Rt. 4 East just south of town. Travel east on Route 4 to the intersection with Rt. 235, and continue straight through the traffic light onto the Gov. Thomas Johnson Bridge across the mouth of the Patuxent River. Take the exit immediately after crossing the bridge and make a right hand turn at the stop sign onto Rt. 2 South, and follow directions to CBL (below) once in Solomons.

To CBL once in Solomons:

Follow Route 2 South to the end of Solomons Island. After passing the Solomons Pier Restaurant on your right (a building built out over the Patuxent River), continue around a bend to the left and then around another bend to the right. Turn right onto Williams Street, and into the CBL campus.

To Gonzo Lab once at CBL:

Enter Cory Hall off the campus quad. The Gonzo Lab is the first lab on your right.
